The Adidas Originals ZX 10/8 “Candyverse” adds another member to the ZX series. A mix of arguably the most popular models, the ZX 10 000 and ZX 8000, the ZX 10/8 combines the upper of the ZX 10 000 with the sole unit and heel area of the ZX 8000.

Pastel colors cover the upper of the trendy sneaker and mix with the grey and white elements. The toebox, lace reinforcement, and heel cap are all in white, while grey suede overlays neutralize the colorful upper. Between the white heel cap are areas of coloring and pattern reminiscent of candy wrapper stripes.

The rest of the sneaker is also held in colorful candy colors. The upper is inspired by pastel summer tones. A majority of the upper is orange, which is broken up by the three classic Adidas stripes on the midfoot in green. The tongue, as well as the laces, are also in mint green. The mudguard is made of pink suede, while the details on the sock liner and sole are colored in purple. A cream-colored sole finishes off the colorful design even more.

The whole concept around the “Candyverse” is completed with the tongue tag. On the red tag, there is not only a yellow Adidas Torsion lettering but also the graphic of a candy. The Torsion symbol is also incorporated into the paper.

Of course, the revolutionary Torsion System with EVA sole must not be missing from the sole adopted from the ZX 8000. They provide the foot with additional stability without restricting freedom of movement. This is how innovative design is combined with style. In addition to the colors, the ZX 10/8 “Candyverse” also experiments with different materials. What together in combination creates this unique sneaker.
