NIKE AIR MAX BW OG

That is correct. You read it right – the all-round classic Big Window is back.

Originally debuted in 1991, that is when the Nike Air Max BW saw the light of day for the first time ever. Formerly known as the Air Max IV, the silhouette represents the adaptation and adjustment of Nike’s running shoes, getting into the new decade.

In fact, the bubble itself was slightly bigger when compared to its big brother, the AM90. But the same sole unit was used on both.

At the time, AIR technology remained dominant, but the BW’s sharp lines resembled swiftness and suggested a cutting-edge design. Apart from its full-gear options, the “Big Window” is still its most distinguishable component. Tinker Hatfield strikes, yet again.

The Nike Air Max BW (retro from 2021) comes geared with increased collar padding. Together with extended overall support when on feet. Celebrating its anniversary, these runners are dressed in black and white with Persian Violet hints around the swoosh, tongue, heel, and midsole, just like we would expect it.

Since we last saw them in 2016, this 2021 retro/iteration seems much more aesthetically similar to the original pair. You won’t be disappointed, believe us.
