Classic meets legend

The Nike Air Force 1 is one of the most popular and well-known sneaker models. Especially in the hip-hop world, this sneaker enjoys a cult status. Speaking of hip-hop – as we all know, hip-hop consists of four elements: DJing, MCing, writing and break dancing. And if you look at the beginnings of hip-hop in the 80s, you will notice that exactly these four elements can be found in the famous and legedary Rock Steady Crew. A group that has been instrumental in shaping the scene in New York and also worldwide. One of the members is Robert Garcia a.k.a. Bobbito a.k.a Kool Bob Love a.k.a. DJ Cucumber Slice.

And in honor of this man, we teamed up with British sneaker customizer Benji Shank (@blunt_shank) to design a Nike Air Force 1. A true one-of-a-kind piece that reflects Bobbito’s five passions and pays homage to New York City. There will also be a limited edition t-shirt, which you can get from us.

Bobbito in the Japanese Quarter

Since we don’t just send the shoe to the States by parcel service, Bobbito will come to Düsseldorf in person and pick up his sneaker from us! At the same time there will be an exclusive screening of his new autobiographical film. Only a few dozen guests will be invited to the screening, but you still have the chance to be there!
