New Balance M 1906 RCA, RCC and RCD

For the start of spring, New Balance released on April 1 again one of its retro-inspired silhouettes. With the New Balance 1906, the nostalgic look of the 2000s is revived and dropped in 3 different colorways.

At AFEW, we value fostering friendships. That’s why we met up with our good friend of the AFEW Family @nothedrifter aka Arnaud. We visited him at his tattoo studio @walkin_tattoo in Paris. Arnaud is OG Parisian and represents the OG’s of the sneaker community and scene. Because he is extremely well connected in the Paris scene, he inspires super many GenZ “Creatives” with his work & art. Who are also simultaneously the target audience of the New Balance 1906.

In the interview, he took us into his world and told us how he found his way into the sneaker world. His goal is to connect with the people around him and especially to pass on his knowledge to the new generation. We were also curious to hear his thoughts on the upcoming New Balance 1906 releases, a silhouette that brings the look of the early 2000s runners into today.
